Since 1958, Carlson has manufactured pizza pans and smallwares for industry leaders. Staying close to home, all of our pizza pans and commercial bakeware products are manufactured in the U.S. using domestically produced aluminum. A big reason our products outlast our competitors’ is because all of our bakeware is either Clear Coat Anodized or Hard Coat Anodized. Why? Because common bare aluminum products are inferior and are proven to not last or perform near as well as anodized aluminum. The choice is simple.
All Carlson pizza pans are highly durable and easy to clean due to our in-house Clear Coat or Hard Coat Anodizing process. Anodizing builds the natural oxide coating in aluminum to resist corrosion and yield a product that is harder than bare aluminum, with superior release properties. Anodizing provides a naturally protective finish with even heat distribution. It is non-hazardous and produces no harmful or dangerous byproducts.
